A team player in the truest sense, I’ve joined my wife, Laura, and son, Kyle, to form Tannahill Homes, a distinctively different team founded with a family approach. Born in Berkeley and armed with a unique understanding of the local neighborhoods and ever-oscillating market, I pride myself on being hardworking and acutely knowledgeable. Truth be told I’ve got a passion for all things real estate related. A family man at heart, my wife Laura and I share three amazing kids who keep us active. You may have seen me playing tennis on the weekends or coaching local youth baseball teams. Whether on the ball field or in the office, I still like to swing for the fences.

Kyle Tannahill
Kyle Tannahill is a distinguished real estate professional and a member of The Agency Berkeley. Kyle entered the dynamic world of real estate in 2016, and presently serves as part of the esteemed Tannahill Team, a family of three dedicated real estate agents.
Hailing from Albany, Kyle specializes in serving the vibrant cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and the regions surrounding the Carquinez Bridge. His forte lies in assisting buyers, leveraging the insights gained from growing up in a real estate family in the East Bay. Kyle's network and industry relationships ensure he remains impeccably informed about the market. Notably, he clinched the title of Top SFR Albany Agent in 2023.
Kyle's journey into real estate began right out of college when he obtained his real estate license. His immersion in the industry traces back to the age of 14, spending summers working for his grandpa's property management company. Learning the ropes from his parents, Kyle developed a profound understanding of the business.

Outside the real estate realm, Kyle finds solace in golfing and dog walks. Since his college days, he has actively contributed to the Cyclones Baseball organization, coaching in various capacities for the non-profit travel team. Currently, he volunteers with the Hurricanes, the girls' baseball team within the organization, fostering their love for the game and supporting their growth.
